Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales at Beyond Retail. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing business plans, new business development, retail sales, analyzing data, and effective communication between various stakeholders.

• Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Cold Calling to corporate clients
• New Business Development and Retail Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to network and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in a similar role in the Retail industry
• Knowledge of market research and analysis
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to provide effective training and guidance to the sales team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends
