Growth Executive – B2B Tech

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified B2B leads for our IoT-based energy solutions and AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead nurturing.

• Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms
• Identify and target relevant industries (energy, utilities, manufacturing, real estate, etc.)
• Execute cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messages, emails)
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion

• Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting
• Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach strategies
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of IoT, smart energy solutions, or AI products

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in B2B sales or tech product lead generation
• Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is a plus

• Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
