Position - HR Executive/ HR Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Post job advertisements and screen resumes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.) in physical and digital formats.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in performance management procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
