Key Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the companys brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Social Media Marketing:

• · Manage the companys social media channels, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and active interaction with followers.
• · Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
• · Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive lead generation.
• · Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve lead quality and conversion goals.

2. Product Management:

• · Design and package travel products and experiences tailored to customer preferences.
• · Develop new travel verticals and niches for the sales team to capitalize on, ensuring alignment with market trends.

3. Marketing Budget Management:

• · Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
• · Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet performance goals.

4. Collaboration and Brand Building:

• · Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• · Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media platforms to expand brand presence.

Skill Set & Qualifications:

1. Essential Skills:

• · Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with expertise in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• · Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
• · Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
• · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• · Very strong inter-personal skills to work with the sales and operations teams.
• · Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to design engaging campaigns.

2. Additional Skills:

• · Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• · Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
• · Passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industrys dynamics.
• Qualifications:
• · Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field (MBA preferred).
• · 2-8 years of experience in digital or social media marketing (experience in the travel or allied industry is a bonus).
