JOB ROLES :-

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

1. Market Knowledge, Manufacturing Process Knowledge, ERP, Negotiations Skills, Analytical Skill

1. Analysis of Purchase requisition for Direct Purchase Raw material Plate, Coil, Sheets, Flanges & fittings Fasteners, Electrical items sealing gaskets, Bought out items & indirect Purchase consisting of welding consumables, Tools & Tackles, Maintenance, Quality, Admin, IT, Safety related purchase & services, consumables, floating of enquiries, preparing final documents for cost approval.

• 2. Sourcing the best option in terms of Cost, Quality, Delivery, and payment terms suitable for business.
• 3. Negotiation of prices of material which are most competitive without compromising with the quality of the material.
• 4. Preparing the purchase deals & obtaining approval and releasing for Purchase order.
• 5. Monitoring the daily transactions and control on cost, quality, delivery inline to project requirements.
• 6. MIS presentation to management and update on daily issues resolutions.
• 7. Case Flow statement preparation on a monthly basis.

8. Identifying & developing new sources and mobilizing the suppliers to obtain benefits in terms of Quality, Cost & Delivery & to do supplier performance management On monthly basis to decide upcoming SCM strategies.

• 9. Inventory Control measures and suggesting actions for minimizing cost of inventory.
• 10. Rate Contract preparation, evaluation and renewals including AMCs if any.
• 11. Maintain Key suppliers relationship to meet the deliveries on time.
• 12. Conduct Suppliers audit along with QC and meeting as per the periodicity.
• 13. Implementation of cost reduction strategies to achieve cost within budget.
• 14. Maintain & record IMS related documentation.
• 15. Detail-oriented and highly organized & should take process improvement activities.
• 16. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• 17. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• 18. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• 19. On time GRN clearance for procured items.
• 20. Should have experience handling team members.
