Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage finance & accounts operations including consolidation and financial reporting.
- Handle monthly book closure, quarterly limited reviews, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Big 4 auditors and external stakeholders.
- Prepare board presentations and financial MIS reports.
- Oversee subsidiary financial management and corporate accounting activities.
- Ensure ERP-driven financial process efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and manage finance teams of 20+ members.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and corporate governance standards.
