  Project execution: Follow NPD Stage-Gate process. Plan & execute New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from Initiation phase through product delivery phase. Conduct Gate Reviews
• .Cross Functional Team coordination: Facilitate communication across engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to maintain schedules
• .Timeline tracking: Maintain project schedules, track budget expenditures, and monitor resource tasks to ensure timely deliver
• yRisk identification: Help identify potential project risks and log mitigation actions across development phases
• 
  .Status reporting: Gather program health data, monitor KPIs & program health metrics and draft performance updates for senior leadership review
• .Workflow improvement: Apply tools & technique to improve efficiency and reduce workflow waste
• .Project documentation: Verify project documentation aligns with NPD Stage-Gate process and specified industry standards and regulatory checklists
• .Customer orientation: Align with OEM client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on client requests

  Required education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineeri
