Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead our Audit function with strategic oversight and process discipline. This role demands strong proactive leadership, audit expertise, ensuring robust internal controls across the organization and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Skills & Education Experience:

• 57 years of relevant Internal Audit experience with professional qualifications such as CA / CPA.
• Proven and mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and report?writing skills.

Responsibilities :

• Independently lead and perform internal audit reviews across various business areas, assessing operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Lead audit teams across multi?location sites and collaborate closely with plant heads, operations, and finance leadership.
• Participate in enterprise?wide risk assessment exercises.
• Review and analyse relevant documentation (reports, flowcharts, records) and prepare clear audit reports detailing findings and process insights.
• Conduct risk?based internal audits, IFC reviews, and process assessments to identify control gaps across procurement, production, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Assist the Head of IA&A in preparing Audit Committee reports and related documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of the audit plan, including follow?up audits to track remediation.
• Provide actionable recommendations, influence control implementation, and identify process?improvement and cost?saving opportunities.

Technical :

• Ability to analyse and manipulate large datasets and compile detailed audit reports.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
