Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to Run the all 3 shifts smoothly, Achieve production target with good Quality.
- Maintain Discipline on Shop floor.
- Resolve trouble shooting in process.
- Responsible to Resource planning i) Manpower ii) Tooling iii) Material.
- Responsible to Monitor daily performance related to output, Quality, OEE, Scrap ,5S and safety.
- Responsible to Solve Quality related issue.
- Responsible to control Scrap within targets.
- Execution of TPM and 5S activities.
- Maintain Operational, dies and other downtimes within target in shift
- why-why analysis adherence 100% with root cause and kaizen.
- 100% Compliance to PPE, LOTO & Safety interlocks
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Crankshaft & FAB forging Process and its Tooling and NPD process.
- Forging Process parameters
- Problem Solving methodology

- Basics knowledge of forging press, Reduce Roll, trimming press, Padding press, Furnace and Induction heater
- SAP systems knowledge as end user
- Hand on experience in Excel, PowerPoint & word
