Role Description The Sales Promoter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tezpur. The Sales Promoter is responsible for engaging with customers, explaining Airtel Enterprise Services products and plans, and driving sales conversions at designated retail or field locations. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product features, handling customer queries, providing basic service information, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, coordinating with the local sales team, and ensuring that merchandising and promotional materials are properly displayed. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer interaction, consistent follow-up, and adherence to company policies and performance targets.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on courteous interaction and problem resolution.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to explain products, offers, and services to diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Promotion skills to identify prospects, influence purchasing decisions, and meet sales targets.
• Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Operating Systems to use sales applications, record data, and access product information.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or field sales, knowledge of local market dynamics, and basic numerical skills for handling transactions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; comfort working on-site and the ability to work flexible hours as per business needs are required.
