About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Head to lead the Direct Vertical. This is a leadership position requiring strong sales expertise, proven people management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage & motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers.
• Drive sales targets for the Direct Channel.
• Ensure high-performance culture and capability building within the team Implement sales strategies to maximize productivity.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales activity and conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to compliance & company process guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5- 7 years of experience in Life Insurance sales (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of proven team handling experience
• Strong knowledge of Direct Channel operations
• Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving abilities
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to lead, inspire & develop a high-performing sales team
