BIG BASKET is Hiring: Training Assistant Manager (Bangalore - Dasanapur)
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 6-12 years in Training Management (minimum 2+ years in a Team Management role)
Industry Preference: Hospitality, E-Commerce, Retail, or Logistics
Role & responsibilities
Big Basket is looking for an experienced Training Assistant Manager to drive learning initiatives, behavioural training programs, and training cycle activities across regions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a passion for mentoring and developing people.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure every trainer across all lines of business and locations is certified on the content and completes 
* Monitor and implement all updates in training content across business lines and ensure reliability in delivery.
* Suggest suitable modifications to training content to the corporate training team when necessary.
* Plan training programs and calendars in coordination with operations teams to ensure high-quality manpower is available on time.
* Provide both thought leadership and administrative support to regional trainers.
* Track, analyze, and report performance on training metrics; propose improvements in measurement and outcomes.
* Manage training assets efficiently, including training rooms, projectors, and other materials.
* Partner with regional leadership teams to assess and fulfill training needs for first-line managers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of the training function through innovation in content, technology, and methodology.
Preferred candidate profile
Currently based in Bangalore(Dasanapur)
6-12 years of experience in Training Management, including 2+ years in team handling.
Proven experience in conducting Behavioural Training and executing the Training Cycle Identify, Design, Deliver, and Evaluate.
Strong ability to mentor, coach, and groom new members of the training team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders.
Graduate in any discipline; certification in Learning & Development / Training will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English
