Position: Category Manager FMCG Non Food B2B ( Personal care & Beauty)

Location:

Corporate Office ( Bangalore)

Required Education and Experience: Graduate/ Post-graduate with 5 to10 years of relevant experience in Category Manager - FMCG Non-food, preferably in the e-commerce, retail or grocery sector.

- Strong knowledge in FMCG Non food B2B-(Personal care &Beauty) categories end-to-end, including strategy performance tracking and growth.

- Handle vendor management across evaluation, onboarding, terms finalization and long-term relationship building.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build and present strategic business cases supporting category initiatives and growth plans.

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data and consumer insights to identify industry trends, category opportunities, and competitive challenges.
