Job Description

Location : Pune & Mumbai
- Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations in e-commerce, retail, or grocery.
- Working with 3PL/manpower vendors at a regional level.

- Deploying bikes and vans, including capacity planning and cost control.
- Negotiating and managing transportation vendors for B2C deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Compliance, Finance, etc.) and external vendors for seamless execution of delivery operations.
- Candidate should have handled Bikers Recruitment / Biker Sourcing.
- Should handle LMD Operation.
- Major experience should be in Fleet Management.
- Major experience should be in 3PL Biker Fleet Management.
-Should have been Handled Minimum 1200+ Biker Fleet.
