Job Description
Daily break down maintenance/faults rectification as per ground and attending 3-4 store locations.
- Monitoring of Diesel Generator 320 KVA and its fuel availability and maintaining log book.
- Purchasing and filling of Diesel.
- Monitoring of Diesel power distribution panel board and lighting distribution panel board
- Monitoring of fire hydrant system and fire alarm system
- General maintenance of scrubbing machines.
- Monitoring of all CCTV cameras for working condition and maintaining of Logbook.
- Maintenance of Stacker and attending the minor defects w.r.t it.
- Maintenance of Stacker trolleys and stacker batteries.
- Monitoring Cold Room status ( -35 Blast freezer, -25 cold room, +5 cold room)
- Checking of Light and replacement of defective ones.
- Electrical wiring (minor)
- Monitoring of Air conditioner.
- Monitoring of UPS and inverter.
Planned preventive maintenance.
- Earth pit resistance checking and Re-conditioning and log maintaining.
- Checking of Light intensity (monthly) and keeping record.
- Checking of Fire Hydrant and its pump status on weekly basis.
