Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and track CEE (Customer Experience Executive) activities and performance data
  
• Maintain and update hourly sales reports from multiple sources
  
• Verify and record customer orders, delivery status, and fulfillment accuracy
  
• Track cash collections from last mile deliveries and ensure reconciliation with sales data
  
• Compile and send timely operational reports to the team and management
  
• Coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies in orders or cash collections
  
• 
  Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks and data accuracy

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy
  
• Familiarity with logistics / e-commerce operations is a plus
