Your main responsibilities will include ensuring precision in price discovery, providing actionable market insights, and fostering meaningful client engagement. Your expertise in procurement, supply chain management, or marketing within the metals, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and scraps industry will be essential for this role. You will need to have a deep understanding of global trade dynamics and market trends to navigate the complexities of the metal market effectively. Leading with strategy and purpose, you will inspire a team of Research Executives to deliver trusted market intelligence that enables stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of Research Executives, fostering growth, operational excellence, and alignment with global benchmarks.
• Price Discovery: Oversee transparent and accurate commodity pricing for metals and scrap, ensuring adherence to international standards.
• Operational Excellence: Manage high-intensity daily operations, delivering quality market insights on time.
• Compliance: Uphold IOSCO principles through transparent pricing processes and team training to maintain client trust.
• Market Insights: Conduct research and publish reports on global steel dynamics, procurement strategies, and supply chain trends.
• Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships to enhance market intelligence.
• Industry Representation: Serve as a thought leader by contributing insights at key industry events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High academic achiever with a B.E/B. Tech and MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the aluminum, copper, and scraps industry.
• Exposure to both domestic and global markets for metals and scraps.
• Experience in interacting with traditional industry stakeholders, particularly in price negotiations for aluminum, copper, and scraps related commodities.
• Experience in handling a medium to large-sized team with strong people management skills.
• Well-networked within the industry with strong networking skills.
• Technically savvy and well-versed in emerging technologies.
• Flexible for domestic and overseas travel as per business requirements.
• Experience in supply chain management and procurement activities of metals and scraps commodities.
• Understanding of bids, offers, trading, negotiation, and market activities on metals and scraps commodities.
• Willingness to relocate to the BigMint head office at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
