- Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai at Bll Formtek Pvt Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for
- generating new business leads and developing and nurturing
- existing client relationships. They will also be responsible for
- ensuring that sales revenue targets are met, preparing and
- delivering sales pitches and presentations, forecasting sales
- performance, and analyzing market trends to provide strategic
- input to the business.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, marketing,
- or a related field with 5-7 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales and key account
- management, with proven success in achieving sales
- targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- skills
- Experience in formwork/construction industry would be an
- added advantage
- ? Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive
- client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
- collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
