We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data driven decision making and process improvements across the organization. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing data, identifying operational gaps, and helping teams implement effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams
• Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation
• Maintain documentation of business processes and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 25 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying
• Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
