Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, test results, defect reports)
• Log, track, and validate defects using tools like Jira and excel .
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure test coverage
• Validate fixes and ensure quality before release
• Strong command over written and verbal English
• Should be ready to Work from Office in Pune
• 5 days working
• Graduate preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must have all educational and employment documents

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA processes
• Hands-on experience in test case design and documentation
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Basic understanding of PHP or any programming language to analyze issues and collaborate with developers.
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• SQL knowledge for data validation
• Modern QA practices
