Job Responsibility and key Decisions

• Define and implement the legal and intellectual property strategy aligned with the organizations longterm business goals.
• Lead global legal and IP teams to ensure robust protection of the companys legal and innovation interests.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on legal risks, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
• Oversee global patent strategy, portfolio development, IP filings, FTO assessments, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
• Manage all legal matters related to contracts, MA, licensing, dispute resolution, compliance, and employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across markets of operation.
• Lead internal legal investigations, audits, and respond to regulatory inquiries or inspections.
• Supervise engagement and performance of external legal and IP counsel globally.
• Monitor and respond to changes in law and regulatory requirements that impact the organization.
• Champion legal and compliance training, awareness, and ethical culture across the organization.
• Build and manage a highperforming team of legal and IPR professionals across geographies.
