Regional Marketing Executive

> Key Purpose of the Role:

This role is to support B2B E-Commerce platform, Supply & Rural Business Unit to achieve its goals at regional level by implementation of marketing plans for new lead generation, subscriber engagement and retention, while establishing a strong brand presence in markets. Responsibilities 1. GTM implementation and building regional development plan for Industrial and Rural counterparts (Buyers, Sellers & partners)

• 2. Lead generation, lead qualification and engaging with the current stakeholders for all business units
• 3. Market Development with Branding, Campaigns, Activations and on ground team capacity development
• 4. Market Intelligence & Analysis Reporting
• This profile will look after marketing support to both the Business Units Rural Supply BU & E-Business BU as well.

> GTM implementation and building regional development plan for Industrial and Rural counterparts (Farmers, Partners, Buyers, & Sellers):

• Implement the devised marketing strategy for market growth at regional level, ensure adherence to the processes and reporting – for Rural Supply & E-Business BU
• Provide sales tools, pitch decks, brochures, and enablement material
• Support account-based marketing and key account initiatives
• Closely co-ordinate with Sales, Inside Sales, Customers Success teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns - for Rural Supply & E-Business BU
• Enable regional and BU teams with localized marketing support
• Budget ownership and optimization
• Continuous improvement of marketing processes and playbooks

> Lead generation, lead qualification and engaging with the current stakeholders for all business units:

• Generate qualified leads / subscribers / participants for the BU funnel
• Lead nurturing through various online and offline tools Email sequences & video marketing, Newsletters & Webinars
• Support onboarding of farmers, Partner, Sellers, Buyers and manufacturers into the BiofuelCircle platform
• Follow and implement lead generation module and monitor it for its success on business revenue generation

> Market Development with Branding, Campaigns, Activations and on ground team capacity development:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to BU targets
• Own campaign calendar: digital, field, events, community, partnerships
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and platform demonstrations for E Business BU
• Case studies & testimonials, Value Demos for moving leads further towards conversion for E-Business BU
• Marketing initiatives, sales promotions, product promotions to engage customer base for Rural Supply BU

> Market Intelligence & Analysis:

• Define BU-level marketing KPIs and success metrics
• Track ROI on campaigns, channels, and initiatives
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on outcomes
• Conducting regular customer feedback surveys, customer forums and interviews to gather customer insights
• Keep track on required market research, competitor details and initiate required market studies to generate insights and derive actionable
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
