Hiring: US Blue-Collar Recruiter | Mohali

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Mohali-67.

Were looking for a true recruitment professional who actively seeks out talent, builds candidate communities, explores unconventional sourcing channels, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process.

Location: Mohali-67

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM-3:00 AM)

Working Days:Mon-Fri

Work Mode-In office

Key Responsibilities:

• · Source US blue-collar/skilled-trade candidates through multiple channels.
• · Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• · Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook/community groups, colleges, trade schools, referrals, job portals, and other creative sourcing channels.
• · Build candidate communities and explore innovative recruitment strategies.
• · Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.
• · Manage candidates through the recruitment process until closure.
• · Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• · Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications required

• · Prior US Recruitment experience, preferably blue-collar/technical hiring.
• · Excellent spoken and written English with strong US cultural awareness.
• · Extroverted, energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented.
• · Strong sourcing, networking, follow-up, and communication skills.
• · Comfortable with social media, community building, and ATS platforms.
• · Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
