What will you do
Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation
- Independently draft, review, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Ensure contracts appropriately balance business objectives with legal and commercial risks.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard clauses to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Lead negotiations with external stakeholders while safeguarding organizational interests.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal, commercial, operational, and reputational risks arising from business transactions.
- Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to business teams while enabling speed and business growth.
- Drive proactive legal risk assessments for strategic initiatives, new business models, partnerships, and product launches.
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies and controls aligned with organizational objectives
- Support the organization in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
- Assist in strengthening internal legal processes, governance frameworks, and policy management.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance requirements across business
