Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end modernization of legacy applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to define program objectives and deliverables.
• Project Coordination: Oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale application modernization or digital transformation programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
