QA Reviewer - Full-Stack Software Engineer

Task Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers with a strong background in code review and quality assurance to join our team as QA Reviewers for coding tasks and unit tests. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating coding artifacts, unit tests, and related materials to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. You will leverage your expertise to identify errors, gaps, and redundancies, provide detailed feedback, and contribute to improving our QA rubric for ongoing refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality reviews of coding tasks, unit tests, and related artifacts based on a provided QA rubric.
• Verify the correctness of coding tasks and ensure unit tests accurately test the requirements of the tasks.
• Provide detailed feedback on identified quality issues, including errors, redundancies, and ambiguities in the coding artifacts.
• Identify and flag areas not covered by the rubric and provide actionable feedback to enhance and refine the rubric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity in the rubric and instructions, raising concerns about ambiguities or inefficiencies.
• Optimize for quality and accuracy, ensuring that the coding tasks and unit tests meet the highest standards.
• Work with a team of QA reviewers, contributing to scaling the process and ensuring efficient parallelism.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+/7+/10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with extensive experience in writing, testing, and reviewing code in both languages.
