Job Title: Product Lead - Enterprise Data Solutions
Department: Product Management
Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Product Lead to drive the vision, lifecycle, and execution of our enterprise data and analytics solutions.
With 10 - 12 years of experience, you will act as the bridge between client business goals, data science capabilities, and engineering execution.
You will own the macro product roadmap, align cross-functional senior stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-value, scalable B2B data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and high-level roadmap aligned with company growth goals.
- Stakeholder & Client Alignment: Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Engineering, and external clients to translate complex business problems into viable product strategies.
- Prioritization: Drive data-driven prioritization of features, balancing technical debt, market opportunities, and immediate business value.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and competitive analysis through to go-to-market execution and launch.
- Team Leadership: Guide and collaborate with engineering leads, UX designers, and business analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor macro product performance metrics, ROI, and delivery velocity to drive continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or Data/Analytics products.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability, ROI, and stakeholder expectations.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies at a scale/lead level.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior executives and technical teams alike.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or strong domain knowledge in Data Warehousing, BI (Power BI/Tableau), or AI/ML integrations.
- Familiarity with data governance and security compliance standards in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and B2B user experience principles.
Technical Ecosystem (Familiarity with):
- Agile/DevOps: Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Roadmapping/Design: Productboard, Aha!, Miro, or Figma.
- Data & Analytics: Basic SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or enterprise product analytics
