Process Development and Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously refine processes for supplier operations, logistics operations, and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable operational practices.
- Develop and maintain structured monitoring systems to track operational performance and compliance.
- Lead the management and optimization of working capital and cash flow processes with a focus on multiple data sources.
- Develop systems and frameworks to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and maintenance of cash flows, minimizing operational risks.
- Take ownership of working capital monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Develop a robust system to consolidate and report on domestic and international hedging P&L in combination with physical inventory P&L.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in P&L consolidation, facilitating effective financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to generate detailed P&L reports, offering insights to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Work closely with the product team to receive and act on critical updates that impact operational processes.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., finance, supply chain) to align strategies and ensure seamless implementation of operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all operational processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.

- Implement process improvements and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Develop systems to manage and consolidate complex data from diverse sources, ensuring real-time accuracy for working capital and P&L monitoring.
- Provide periodic reports, dashboards, and insights on key operational metrics, helping drive strategic decisions and performance enhancements.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance operations, P&L management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in working capital and cash flow management.
- Strong understanding of hedging strategies and complex P&L consolidation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and performance.
