What Youll Be Doing

About Function
Legal Department
What Youll Be Doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various Commercial and other Agreements
- Following up with the business teams and ensuring that the agreements that are sent out from the Legal Department are duly executed by the parties and maintaining records thereof
- Support and manage to collate the required data from the business/ supporting functions for timely closure
- Responsible for managing and supporting the compliances related to business, technical functions
- Review of existing operations policies/ processes/ SOPs/ and development of new SOPs/ Processes/ Internal guidelines
- Perform Risk Assessment for functions to identify, evaluate & analyze risk and prepare treatment plan/ SOP and implement the same for mitigation in a timely manner
- Develop training and awareness material on various compliance matters and conduct training for relevant stakeholders
- Analyze due diligence reports and initiate activities/ processes to rectify/ comply with the negative remarks/ observations
- Maintain a central data repository of all agreements and other legal documents,
- Any other matters/ activities related to any legal/ statutory compliances

- LLB from a recognized Indian university
- 3 to 5 years of experience with corporate, business, environmental and business law exposure.
- Strong drafting skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; command over the English language
- Good legal research skills
- The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts; good understanding of Contract law
