Job Description
Bizyocon is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help grow our brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives and reels
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
- Manage paid ads (Meta & LinkedIn Ads preferred)
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn marketing
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
- Creative thinking and content planning skills
- Understanding of branding & audience targeting
- Basic Canva or design understanding
- Good communication skills
