Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The trainer will design and deliver digital marketing curricula, including modules on social media marketing, search engine optimization, online advertising, and analytics. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, preparing lesson plans and training materials, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves staying updated on digital marketing trends and tools, developing practical projects and case studies, and coordinating with the academic team to continuously improve course content. The trainer will support career guidance efforts, help learners build portfolios, and may contribute to promotional activities highlighting the academys digital marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly, present to groups, and provide effective feedback.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across key platforms.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess Sales and promotional skills to support enrollment initiatives and represent the academys programs professionally.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing roles (agency or in-house) and prior teaching or corporate training experience are highly beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and the ability to demonstrate their use in a classroom setting.
• Strong organizational skills, a learner-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
