Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The trainer will design and deliver digital marketing curricula, including modules on social media marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and evaluating assignments and assessments. The trainer will stay current with industry trends, update course materials, and provide guidance on career pathways and certification preparation. Collaboration with the academic team to improve training quality and participate in workshops, seminars, and internal training initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum development, classroom facilitation, learner assessment, and feedback delivery.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic business development skills to help learners understand how digital marketing supports lead generation and revenue growth.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in an agency or corporate environment, with exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and social media management tools.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field; professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to learner success, a growth mindset, and willingness to continuously update skills in line with evolving digital marketing practices.
