Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Kochi. The Sales Team Leader will manage and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, evaluating team performance, providing coaching and motivation, ensuring excellent customer service, and monitoring market trends to optimize business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Communication skills
- Min 3 to 5 years of inside sales experience
- Strong Analytical Skills and Sales acumen

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
