Digital Marketing & AI Automation Executive

What you will do

• Build our digital presence: Own SEO, AEO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve how BlitzenX is discovered across search engines and AI platforms.
• Build our voice: Invite industry leaders to podcasts, initiate conversations, and create opportunities to showcase our expertise.
• Tell our stories: Record employee experiences, leadership conversations, technical expertise, and real business outcomes.
• Turn one idea into many: Convert podcasts, interviews, and recordings into videos, LinkedIn posts, articles, website content, and other relevant formats.
• Automate the engine: Use AI agents, automation workflows, and integrations to streamline research, guest outreach, content creation, repurposing, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
• Own the execution calendar: Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans. Keep the pipeline moving without waiting for reminders.
• Measure and improve: Track search visibility, AI citations and brand mentions, audience growth, engagement, and qualified business opportunities. Improve the system based on results.

What you need to bring

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, or marketing automation.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and a working understanding of AEO and GEO.
• Experience using generative AI tools and building automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
• The ability to create content, coordinate video production, communicate with people, and execute independently.
• A builder's mindset: identify a problem, build a solution, test it, and improve it.

What success looks like

• The goal is not to hire someone who publishes a few posts every week.
