Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle by creating job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, and publishing vacancies on different job portals and online platforms.
• Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates whose qualifications, abilities, and work experience match the organizations hiring needs.
• Carry out preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, explain job roles and responsibilities, and assist candidates through the further stages of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and applicants to arrange interviews effectively, ensuring the hiring process remains smooth, structured, and timely.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records by updating candidate details, interview feedback, and hiring progress, while also supporting onboarding activities and HR-related documentation.
