Position Purpose

To support senior bankers in origination and execute of Investment Banking Transactions; assist relationship senior coverage bankers in managing client relationships; liaisoning with internal teams for client onboarding, KYC, credit, risk analysis, documentation; working on internal reporting and strategy

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  Assist Senior Coverage Bankers on Client Management activities starting from ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, documentation, execution & booking of deals.



• 
  

  Client marketing support includes detailed pitches, term‐sheets, industry trends, client mining & opportunity identification.




• Analyze industry, industry and markets; assisting senior bankers to manage relationships with clients; client onboarding including KYC, compliance and coordinating between client and internal processes; securing credit, risk and other approvals for deals and annual reviews; managing client interactions and liaisoning with other product teams based on client requirements; working on internal processes including client committee, budgeting exercise; internal reporting activities
