Position Purpose
To support senior bankers in origination and execute of Investment Banking Transactions; assist relationship senior coverage bankers in managing client relationships; liaisoning with internal teams for client onboarding, KYC, credit, risk analysis, documentation; working on internal reporting and strategy
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Assist Senior Coverage Bankers on Client Management activities starting from ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, documentation, execution & booking of deals.
Client marketing support includes detailed pitches, term‐sheets, industry trends, client mining & opportunity identification.
Analyze industry, industry and markets; assisting senior bankers to manage relationships with clients; client onboarding including KYC, compliance and coordinating between client and internal processes; securing credit, risk and other approvals for deals and annual reviews; managing client interactions and liaisoning with other product teams based on client requirements; working on internal processes including client committee, budgeting exercise; internal reporting activities

Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of products, sectors and business line
Coordination with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal Operations etc)

Ensure smooth functioning of business by monitoring and maintaining the accounts / projects both externally and internally
