Talent Acquisition Specialist

Leading the organisations entire HR strategy will be your responsibility as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This involves developing, implementing into practice, and overseeing policies pertaining to employees, work environment, benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Retention, Reward & Recognition schemes, and Dispute resolution with the aim to establish a performance-driven workplace.

Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various manufacturing roles within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions for manufacturing positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline for critical manufacturing roles.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations to facilitate internships and recruitment.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  Get Hired
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, Head Hunting preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and the skills required for various positions.
• Proven experience with sourcing techniques and utilizing applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.
