Export Control & Sanctions Operations - Assistant Manager

• Task Professional (TP) - responsible as Shift Lead for Sanction Party List (SPL) Screening Operation. Responsibilities include:
• Handle SPL operations during the shift
• Handling and allocation of workflows
• Manage Mailers and Queries and responding to stakeholders operational queries
• Monitor Workflow and SLA during the shift
• Maintain and consolidate activity trackers for the shift
• Responsible for tracking errors during the shift
• Takeover/Handover activities during shift change
• Conveying and implementing instructions and work guidance to shift members
• First level query resolution &First Point of escalation
• Reporting and Coordinating with Team Lead

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.COM/ M.Com., B.SC, B.A., B.Tech., BCA, MBA
• Working knowledge in SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Export control & Sanctions
