Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prioritize and manage the roadmap for data-driven products and features.

Manage and oversee a team of data analysts that extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure that the analysis & the data is correct.

Build dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance indicators.

Present findings in a structured, data-driven, easy to understand manner to stakeholders across different teams.

Work closely with product, operations, tech, sales, marketing, and other teams to translate insights into business actions.

Ensure seamless integration of data products with existing systems and workflows.

Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution of recommended actions.

Measure and report the impact of implemented actions to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data accessibility and accuracy.

Requirements & Skills Required:

3-5 years of experience in data/product analytics

Self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently with strong ownership skills

Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and drive execution

Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams effectively

Good knowledge of the current AI Agentic tools to drive efficiencies

Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)

Working knowledge of Python should be able to manipulate & visualize data

Experience with Data Visualization/ Business Intelligence tools
