Your Profile

• Own and execute end-to-end trade marketing initiatives across markets, from planning and production to on-ground execution.
• Formulate trade and channel marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives for movie launches, campaigns and cinema activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless, timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing initiatives.
  
• Manage print production and branding activities, including vendor coordination, site recce, installations and quality control.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify consumer insights, monitor market trends and optimise trade marketing strategies.
• Track movie and cinema performance, analyse campaign effectiveness and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
• Drive penetration and ticketing growth by monitoring campaign performance, recommending optimisations and supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.
• Prepare and present regular trade marketing reports while ensuring operational excellence across all production and execution activities.
  

Your Checklist

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing.
• Prior experience in the FMCG, Telecom or Cinema industry will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of print production, materials and associated costing.
• Well-established network of print and production vendors will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
