Your Profile

• Assisting in sponsorship proposal preparation (research, content, formatting)
• Collating event and partnership data for pitches and reports
• Maintaining partnership trackers across live events
• Coordinating sponsor deliverables with internal teams and brand partners
• Supporting day-to-day partnerships operations and ad-hoc requirements

Your Checklist

• Pursuing/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Interest in live events, entertainment, or sports/music industry a strong plus
• Strong with Excel/spreadsheets and attention to detail
• Good written communication skills for proposal and presentation content
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, often under event timelines
