The Role

Were looking for someone who can take ownership of design across the brand, from getting new product packaging print-ready and live on Shopify and Amazon, to building marketplace creative, coordinating with our agency, and keeping projects on time. Youll work directly with the marketing team and get exposure to every part of how a D2C brand is built.

Responsibilities

• Design across every brand touchpoint: packaging and labels (concept to print-ready), website assets (banners, landing pages, homepage and campaign graphics), marketplace and platform creative (Amazon listing images, A+ content, PDPs, quick-commerce tiles), CRM creative (emailers, WhatsApp, newsletters), and product-led brand assets (launch creative, lookbooks, trade material)
• Turn briefs into impactful campaign visuals, and adapt master creatives into every format and size without losing design accuracy
• Use AI tools to speed up production and free your time for the high-craft work
• Keep the brand tight and consistent across packaging, PDPs, and every touchpoint, so it all feels like one brand
• Test how designs hold up across sizes, formats, and print, and refine through feedback rounds

What Were Looking For

• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable)
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
• Strong conceptual thinking, turns briefs into impactful visuals
• Comfortable with AI creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly)
• Print and packaging production know-how (dielines, prepress), or the hunger to learn it fast
• Bonus
• 1-2 years of work experience.
