Scope of Work
We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver a sales capability building program for frontline teams (ASEs / FOS) in the FMCG/Retail space.
The engagement will involve:
- Facilitating classroom training sessions on sales effectiveness
- Driving modules on product selling, cross-selling, and premium category push
- Enabling participants on gate meetings, outlet execution, and strike rate improvement
- Running role plays, discussions, and field-relevant simulations
- Ensuring high engagement and practical learning transfer
Brief Requirement
- Strong experience in FMCG / Retail sales training (mandatory)
- Prior experience working with distributors, frontline sales teams, or general trade
- Ability to connect concepts with real market scenarios
- Skilled in facilitation, not just presentation
- Based in Indore
- Availability for upcoming training schedules (to be discussed)
