• Initiate and monitor market research as per business requirement to achieve optimized price for the product and range extension
• Monitor early warning system for enabling health of supply chain.
• Plan and execute de-risking to secure major portion of business local and global.
• Meet department policy and guideline for adherence to compliance.
• Initiate sustainability project for mobility aftermarket business division for sustainable growth.
• Plan and execute digitization project to save cost and time.
• Initiate, plan and execute project to optimize cost, quality, delivery and environment.
• Manage budget within team and project to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
• Enhance payment term with supplier to enhance cash flow.
• Plan/improve/enhance vendor managed inventory to improve on shelf availability.
• Process improvement at vendor and within Bosch to ensure quality of products and cost benefit.
• Execute and manage purchasing role module in SAP as key user Pilum to ensure smooth commercial business transaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of supply chain management topics like costing, manufacturing and operation.
• Basic knowledge in demand planning, warehouse and transportation management.
• Basic knowledge of software like SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
• Basic knowledge of go to market in Mobility Aftermarket field.

• Proficient in tendering and negotiation.
• Basic competence in analytical tools.
• Proficient in communication skills for effective presentation internally and externally.
• B.E/B.Tech in any specialization.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in purchasing/ supply chain or allied field
