Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote BPacs services and technical building materials, particularly in waterproofing, roofing, and metal cladding. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting the development of marketing campaigns and materials. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and helping improve brand visibility in target markets. The Marketing Specialist will also contribute to customer communication, prepare reports on campaign performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support lead generation and business growth.
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and manage time and tasks independently.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the construction or building materials sector is an advantage.
• Competence with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, basic analytics).
