We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about technology, understands AI-driven solutions, and can help expand our global client base.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for AI and software development services.
• Build and manage client relationships with startups, enterprises, and technology partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries adopting AI solutions.
• Lead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, networking events, and industry platforms.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable AI solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and solution pitches.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Represent the company in technology discussions and client meetings.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of AI, ML, Data Analytics, or Software Development services
• Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
• Experience in B2B sales, technology consulting, or IT services sales
• Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications:

• B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence / Computer Science / Related Field
• MBA in Business Analytics / Marketing / Technology Management

Candidates with strong technical understanding and business acumen will be preferred.

• Ability to communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
