Brainy Neurals is an AI development company based in Ahmedabad, building production-grade AI systems — computer vision, generative AI, document AI, edge AI, and agentic systems — for clients in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and BFSI. We are an NVIDIA Inception member and ISO 27001 certified. Our work runs on factory floors and inside enterprise workflows, and our content must reflect that depth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can own our content engine end to end — from strategy and calendar to writing, design, publishing, and reporting. This is not a post and forget role. You will work directly with the Founder, operate independently, and be measured on output quality and consistency. We want a strategic thinker who ships, not just a task-doer.

WHAT YOULL DO

- Own the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram — plan, draft, design, schedule, and engage (company page + founders profile)

- Write and publish blog posts on AI topics that meet industry standards — well-researched, technically sound, genuinely useful. Naive, generic content will not pass review, and you should be able to tell the difference yourself

- Manage website content on WordPress — publishing, formatting, meta tags, and keeping every page current

- Run the repurposing pipeline: one blog becomes a LinkedIn article, a carousel, and a newsletter section

- Apply SEO fundamentals — keyword targeting, meta optimization, and a monthly ranking review

- Draft the newsletter and write case studies from delivered projects with quantified results

- Produce branded visuals in Canva for every piece of content

- Run competitor content audits and feed the learnings into next months calendar

- Report numbers weekly and compile a monthly content report — we run on data, not impressions of effort

- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to move fast — but every output must pass a human-quality bar. We build AI for a living; publishing AI-sounding filler is unacceptable here

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years in content or digital marketing, preferably for B2B, tech, or IT services

- Excellent English — written, spoken, and read. This is non-negotiable; you will write for an international audience

- A sharp eye for content quality — you can review a draft and articulate exactly why it works or doesnt

- Hands-on WordPress CMS experience

- Ability to quickly grasp new technical topics (AI, computer vision, GenAI) and turn engineer input into clear, client-facing content

- Independence — you plan your own work, hit your own deadlines, and bring solutions, not just questions

- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools

- B.Tech preferred, or equivalent technical exposure

NICE TO HAVE

- SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Ubersuggest)

- Scheduling tools (Buffer or similar)

- Prior writing on AI/ML topics or for technical audiences

- Email marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp)
