Position: HR Consultant (USA Callers Hiring)

Compensation: Project-based / Retainer (Negotiable)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance HR Consultant to support our recruitment efforts for USA-based callers. This role involves end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, with a focus on building a high-performance sales team for digital marketing cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source USA-based sales callers.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview rounds with the management team and provide detailed candidate evaluations.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
• Stay informed about industry hiring trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR consultant, recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong understanding of sales roles, telemarketing, or customer support recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and professional networking platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales processes is a plus.
