Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of our brand and clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the digital marketing team to produce high-quality creatives, videos, reels, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
• Track campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide campaign updates, and ensure timely delivery of all social media deliverables.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
