• BrewSkin is a precision beauty applicator brand from India. We make the tool that decides how well
• everything else you own actually works. Our hero is the Oat Cream and Espresso Puff pair, built after two
• years of R&D.
• We launched in May 2026 from Gurugram. In our first quarter we crossed 900 customers with zero paid
• acquisition, and almost every order was at full price. In September we took BrewSkin to New York, where

our first pop-ups sold 200+ units. BrewSkin was founded by Rishabh Kapoor (Founder and CEO) and Kompal Matta Kapoor (Co-Founder and CMO, and the creator behind the brands community).

Role overview :

As a Creative content Intern, youll play a key role in bringing Brew skins brand to life across digital platforms. From creating engaging content ideas to editing high-quality videos and planning our social media strategy, youll work closely with the founders and marketing team to build a strong online presence.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, video editing, storytelling, and wants hands-on experience working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media :

• Manage and maintain Brew skins Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Research and generate fresh, trend-driven content ideas.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Assist in planning campaigns, launches, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to increase engagement.

Content Writing :

• Write engaging captions and social media creatives.
• Assist in scriptwriting for reels and video content.
• Help write blogs, website content, and marketing copies.
• Ensure content aligns with Brew skins brand voice.

Video Editing :

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Create both basic and professional-quality edits.
• Use smooth transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing to improve storytelling.
• Work on cinematic edits using color grading, and creative visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Creative Support :

• Collaborate with the team during content shoots.
• Assist in content planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Support marketing initiatives with creative assets.
• Be willing to contribute wherever needed in a startup environment.

Required Skills :

• Basic to advanced video editing skills.
• Good understanding of transitions, pacing, cinematic storytelling, and reels editing.
• Knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Understanding of Instagram trends and short-form content.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualities :

• Passionate about content creation and social media.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
• Detail-oriented with a strong creative mindset.
• Interest in skincare, grooming, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
